Day 46: Standing on the corner

Mike's condition continues to stay stable.

After receiving the accident report, it became apparent that we need to hear from witnesses who saw what happened in the moments that led up to Mike's last conscious moments.

I decided to make a sign and stand on the corner of Speer and Bannock in hopes that people will come forward with what they saw happen that day. It's working - our website visits skyrocket every time.

Mike is still in a coma, so he can't share his side of the story. You don't forget seeing a man hit that hard by a red Porsche 911... and I hope that anyone out there who is still seeing it play out in their minds will come share with us so that our family can get answers and justice as well as enact change for the safety of pedestrians and cyclists in the city of Denver.
