Day 47: Channel 9 News Story

I visited Mike today, and he was opening his eyes here and there and looking at me intermittently. Once, when he yawned, I heard a vocalization that sounded just like his voice. It was so lovely to hear. He is still considered unconscious and is a 2 on the Ranchos Los Amigos Cognitive Functioning Scale.
